Consumers can return clean, dry, empty plastic grocery bags in designated collection bins at participating grocery stores or recycling centers. Please be sure plastic bags are clean, dry and that you have remove any receipts. 

Please note, plastic bags may NOT be recycled if they:
• Contain any other bag, material or waste 
• Have had direct contact with food, organic material or waste
• Have been taped, glued, or painted 
These are considered containments. Contaminated plastic bags are not permitted to be returned to the grocery store for recycling.
