Housing Element 2013 - 2021 (Adopted February 12, 2014)

The City of Walnut Housing Element was adopted on February 12, 2019 by the City Council. The Housing Element is required by California State Law to be updated periodically and is one of the mandated elements of the General Plan. The purpose of the Housing Element is to establish policies and programs to meet the existing and projected housing needs of all economic segments of the community.
