Tentative Specific Plan/Development Applications (consisting of 5 Lots or more):
ALAMO VILLAGES SPECIFIC PLAN: A proposal to subdivide 3.87-acres into seventy (70) townhomes with related site improvements such as site access and utility infrastructure. Environmental Analysis (CEQA Section 15183 Exemption): Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4, Part 5; Recorded Notice of Exemption; Second Notice of Exemption Recorded.
TERRACES AT WALNUT SPECIFIC PLAN: A proposal to adopt a Specific Plan for the 49 acre site. The project is located off of Valley Boulevard, east of the City Maintenance Yard and the Sheriff's station. The Specific Plan will establish regulations on land use, design guidelines, landscaping, open space, and access for the development of the site. *WALNUT BUSINESS PARK: A proposed development comprised of multibuilding warehouse and distribution uses, located at the northeast corner of Valley Boulevard and Lemon Avenue. The project site is 25 acres and proposes four (4) buildings totaling 414,778 square – feet of building space. *BROOKSIDE: A proposal to subdivide approximately 25.8-acres into twenty – seven (27) residential lots, located at 800 Meadowpass Road. - Link to Brookside documents
*WALNUT MIXED-USE PROJECT: A proposal to amend the Snow Creek Village Specific Plan (SCVSP) to facilitate the development of the Walnut Mixed-Use Project on an existing vacant parcel situated at the southeast corner of La Puente Road and Grand Avenue (APN: 8709-057-030). The Project proposes the construction of nine (9) residential buildings, comprising of 42 townhome units, alongside four (4) single-story buildings designated for restaurant and retail use.
