The Walnut Housing Authority is responsible for the annual monitoring and eligibility verification for the one-hundred and fifteen (115) Senior Citizen Affordable Housing units, located within the Walnut Grove Senior Development, and a few single-family dwelling units in the Magnolia at Snow Creek Development.
